Intellectual Property Law Clerk
We are looking for second or third-year law students with an engineering or science degree and eligibility to sit for the patent bar to participate in our law clerk program.
Our law clerk program is as unique as the ideas we protect. This is a year-round opportunity for a flexible part-time work schedule during the school year with the possibility of a full-time role during the summer. Our law clerks are involved in real work from the beginning, such as conducting patent searches, drafting patent applications, responding to Office Actions, and assisting our litigation team. We are currently looking for law school students with at least a B.S. degree in engineering (Biomedical, Chemical, Computer/Software, Electrical, or Mechanical), Computer Science, Physics, Maths, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar.
