Sheri Toler is a paralegal at Patterson Thuente IP whose work focuses on assisting attorneys with filing and prosecution of international patents. Sheri joined the firm in 2007 and assisted our litigation department before joining the international filing team. She had five years of previous legal experience in the areas of commercial litigation, business law and personal injury.
Working directly with the firm’s clients, Sheri prepares patent documents for international filing, communicates with law firms located around the globe, manages critical deadlines, and performs worldwide patent searches. In her role, she must also stay abreast of patent office rules in the various countries in which our clients seek patent protection.
