Margaret Rausch is a Certified Paralegal with more than 10 years of experience in IP legal support. She assists attorneys in all facets of global patent prosecution. Margaret’s role includes preparing patent applications and documents for filing with the USPTO and non-US patent offices; corresponding with clients, as well as non-US partner firms, regarding deadlines and other inquiries; staying abreast of patent office rules and procedures; and supporting the firm’s attorneys with management of clients’ IP portfolios.
