Brian L. Stender is an associate with Patterson, Thuente, Skaar & Christensen whose practice combines intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution. His experience lies in the areas of chemical, biochemical, mechanical and medical devices. Brian also handles preparation of patentability, infringement, and invalidity analyses and opinions on behalf of the firm’s clients. Professional Experience Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked as an in-house patent liaison for Phillips Plastics Corporation where he focused on patent prosecution and portfolio management and developed extensive knowledge in injection molding, insert molding and multi-shot processes.
